Resilience Through Wellness
After a major organisational restructure, the team needed a reset. Our bespoke Wellness Afternoon combined fun, reflection and restorative practices to reconnect employees, reduce stress and build resilience.

The Challenge
Following a major organisational restructure, our client’s team was experiencing significant change and uncertainty. Employees were struggling to adjust, morale had dipped and there was a growing sense of disconnection. Leadership recognised the need to pause, reconnect the team and support them in building resilience through the transition.
The Approach
We designed a bespoke Wellness Afternoon focused on connection, relaxation and personal growth - an opportunity to help employees reset and re-engage in both their professional and personal lives.
To set the tone, we brought in magician Jamie Skelton for an ice-breaking performance that instantly lifted spirits and got everyone laughing together. His energy helped the group relax and engage right from the start.
Next, Tom Dalton led a practical and inspiring session on “Creating Your Ideal Day”. This interactive workshop encouraged participants to reflect on how they could design their days more intentionally to support their well-being and productivity.
Throughout the afternoon, we provided tea and healthy snacks to encourage informal conversation and connection.
Our keynote speaker, Georgie Crawford, brought the concept of resilience to life in a way that was both relatable and transformative. Through her story of facing breast cancer and fertility challenges, she helped the team see resilience not as a fixed trait but as a skill - something that can be built, strengthened and sustained through self-awareness and community support.
The session encouraged participants to think about their own sources of strength and how they could support one another through change.
To close the day, Marta Vera, a certified Wim Hof instructor, guided the group through a breathwork session designed to release tension and ground the body and mind.
We wrapped up with pizza and drinks, giving the team a relaxed space to connect and celebrate the shared experience.
The Outcome
The Wellness Day was a huge success. The combination of light-hearted fun, meaningful reflection and restorative practices created the perfect balance for the team. Participants reported feeling reconnected and inspired, with many describing it as exactly what they needed to process the recent changes and move forward with a renewed sense of unity.
